Our People
Meet the Ascent Team
24 accredited coaches and mentors bringing together decades of real-world professional experience and the highest coaching credentials in the industry.
Who We Are
Practitioners Who Have Walked in Your Shoes
Every Ascent coach and mentor has lived a full professional life before entering the coaching space. We don't just understand leadership, change, or career transition in theory — we have navigated these challenges ourselves across finance, technology, healthcare, law, and beyond.
We hold ourselves to the highest professional standards. Every team member maintains ongoing professional development, regular supervision, and adherence to the ICF and EMCC codes of ethics.
Our diverse team reflects the range of professionals we serve — different backgrounds, sectors, perspectives, and lived experiences. We believe this diversity makes us significantly better coaches.

Our Culture
A Practice Built on Continuous Learning
At Ascent, we hold ourselves to the same standards we set for our clients. Every coach and mentor in our team engages in regular supervision, ongoing professional development, and peer review.
We meet quarterly as a full team for practice development, reflective practice sessions, and shared learning. We read, debate, and challenge each other's thinking — because standing still isn't something we believe in.
We are a genuinely collaborative, supportive, and curious team. The culture of Ascent is warm, professional, and deeply committed to excellence — and that shows in every session we deliver.
