2. Our Services

Ascent Coaching & Mentoring provides one-to-one coaching, structured mentoring programmes, professional workshops, team development, leadership accelerator programmes and career transition support. Our services are designed to support professional growth and organisational performance, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes, as results depend on individual commitment and circumstances.

3. Use of Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the website in any way that breaches applicable local, national or international law or regulation

You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

5. Booking and Payment Terms

  • Fees are quoted in British pounds sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
  • Payment is due prior to the commencement of sessions unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Programme and package fees are payable in accordance with the schedule set out in your service agreement

6. Confidentiality

We treat all information shared during coaching and mentoring sessions as strictly confidential. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without your express consent, except where required by law or where there is an immediate risk of serious harm. Where coaching is sponsored by an employer, the scope of any reporting will be agreed in advance and limited to progress themes rather than session content.

7. Professional Boundaries

Our services constitute professional coaching and mentoring. They are not a substitute for medical advice, psychotherapy, counselling or legal advice. If we believe you would benefit from support beyond our professional scope, we will recommend appropriate specialist services. All our coaches and mentors operate within the ICF Code of Ethics and EMCC Global Code of Ethics.

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by English law

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ascent Coaching & Mentoring Ltd, its directors, employees, coaches, mentors and agents from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our website or services.
